With upgraded internals, a beefed-up case, and perfectly meshed gears, this transmission handles everything from steep inclines to thick mud without slipping or failing. You’ll get smooth, quiet performance right from the start thanks to precision-lapped pinion and snorkel gears made from tough 9310 alloy steel and a strong 200M front output shaft.
Super ATV also fixed weak points that often fail on OEM transmissions. The stock single reverse chain is prone to breaking, so this transmission uses a double chain nearly twice as strong. The pinion bearing retainer is reinforced to prevent gear misalignment and damage, while the thicker, ribbed, and gusseted case adds strength and cooling to handle extreme conditions.
You can also choose your gear reduction - stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% - for more torque, faster acceleration, easier mud and hill climbs, and the ability to turn bigger tires like stock. This is a transmission built to keep up with the way you ride.
