Built tougher than stock, this prop shaft is designed to handle aggressive riding while running smoother and lasting longer. Paired with heavy-duty U-Series U-joints that wear less and perform better than OEM, it delivers reliable power and confidence on every ride.
Rhino Driveline prop shafts feature thick .120” tube walls, a larger 1.75” diameter, and durable chromoly steel construction - stronger and more resilient than stock carbon steel.
The upgraded U-Series U-joints use needle bearings and a 4340 chromoly steel body for increased durability, making them capable of handling rocks, mud, hills, and hard trail riding without failure.
Rhino Driveline Shaft:
- Shaft diameter is .5” larger than stock
- Shaft wall is .120” vs stock’s .088”
- Made of 4130 chromoly tubing (stock is plain carbon steel)
U-Series:
- Uses a traditional needle-bearing U-joint
- Made of 4340 chromoly steel
