Super ATV’s Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rod Kit for the Polaris Ranger XP 1000 is a strong, reliable upgrade over weak OEM tie rods.
Built from heavy-duty billet aluminum, this complete kit delivers better steering control and durability whether you’re working hard or riding rough trails. It’s designed to handle abuse while also adding a clean, eye-catching look to your Ranger.
The hex-shaped tie rods are made from lightweight yet strong 6061-T6 billet aluminum and paired with oversized 14 mm chromoly heim joints and inner ball-and-socket ends to reduce steering play and extend service life.
The kit includes all necessary hardware, installs easily on stock or Super ATV steering components, and allows quick toe adjustment by simply loosening the jam nuts and turning the rods.
