The RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion is designed for durable, precise steering on tough terrain, eliminating sloppy stock steering and reducing wear by over 50%.
Its X24 Tech dual-bushing system uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings to minimize internal play, keeping the tension spring stable and ensuring long-lasting performance even with large tires and rough rides. A built-in grease fitting allows easy maintenance after mud or water exposure.
It offers two tie rod options:

Swaged Tube Tie Rods: Lightweight yet strong, with reinforced 7/8” tubing, 16 mm inner ball joints, and 14 mm outer ends for improved durability over stock parts.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods: Extremely robust 1” steel rods with 3/4” outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner ends, ideal for heavy-duty terrain and large tire setups.
