Built with 1.75” diameter, .120” chromoly steel tubing, these shafts are bigger, thicker, and stronger than OEM, ready to handle mud, rocks, hills, and creek crossings. They come paired with U-Series U-joints that use needle bearings in a durable 4340 chromoly steel body, providing smoother operation, longer life, and better performance than stock U-joints.
Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts are designed to work with Super ATV carrier bearings only, which are easy to install and maintain thanks to their greaseable, self-aligning, two-piece design. Choose from A380 cast aluminum for reliable, long-lasting performance, or 6061 billet aluminum for maximum strength and CNC-machined precision.
Together, the prop shaft and carrier bearings give your Ranger Diesel a stronger, more durable driveline so you can push harder and ride longer without worry.
Rhino Driveline Shaft:

- Made of 4130 chromoly tubing (stock is plain carbon steel)
U-Series:
- Uses a traditional needle-bearing U-joint
