The stock frame can’t support that added stress, but this 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel kit eliminates weak points so you can go big with confidence. Powder-coated for durability, it’s built to withstand aggressive riding.
Whether you need a front stiffener for lift kits and portals or a rear stiffener for steering upgrades, this kit ensures your Ranger is ready for the toughest terrain.
NOTE: When running the Polaris Ranger XP Frame Stiffener / Gusset Kit with the Polaris Ranger Full Size Skid Plate, the frame stiffener will replace the front section of the skid plate.
