The Honda Pioneer 1000 is a powerful workhorse, but its stock ball joints aren’t built for extreme riding.
Super ATV fixes that with Standard Duty and Heavy Duty Ball Joints designed specifically for the Pioneer 1000. These upgraded joints are stronger than stock and packed with features to keep your UTV running like new, ride after ride.
The key to strength is the stud, and ours are built tough with chromoly steel that narrows less at the base than stock, making them more durable on any terrain. Our Heavy Duty 4340 Ball Joints are nearly twice as strong as stock, fully adjustable, and greaseable for long-lasting performance.
For a more affordable option, our Standard Duty 4140 Ball Joints are also stronger than stock, built to last, and perfect as a reliable replacement, though they aren’t adjustable or greaseable like the heavy-duty version.
