Wheel Requirements:
- 14” or larger wheel required
- 14” & 15” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing
- 16” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- If using factory 14" wheels, you must run 1.5" wheel spacers
- NOT compatible with dual beadlock wheels
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer

Choose between 15% or 30% gear reduction and cast or billet aluminum housings to match your riding style. The 15% reduction is great for faster riding with added torque, while the 30% reduction is ideal for monster tires and maximum low-end power. For extreme riders, optional Dual Idler gears spread the load across more surface area for stronger, more reliable torque transfer.

The built-in gear reduction takes stress off your axles, differentials, prop shafts, and transmission by reducing the workload throughout the drivetrain.
Add Portal Blood gear oil for even more protection, and consider a frame stiffener when running portals and larger tires to help keep your Pioneer’s frame strong.
