Its larger Kevlar cord and custom braid design help absorb shock, while a new vulcanization process bonds the belt layers together to reduce premature separation and delamination. Premium high-modulus rubber compounds provide excellent strength, heat resistance, and durability, with a shock-load rating capable of handling machines producing up to 600 horsepower.
The belt also features a reinforced top cog for increased sidewall rigidity and smoother power transfer, along with a high-modulus bottom cog compound that improves heat resistance and dissipation. Short Aramid fibers improve belt-to-sheave grip and help reduce operating temperatures, while precision-ground sidewalls provide smooth engagement and efficient power transfer.
Manufactured under ISO-14001, ISO-9001, and IATF-16949 quality standards, this belt is built to take serious abuse while reducing the chances of snapping, overheating, and premature wear.
