Wheel Requirements:
Super ATV's 4 GDP Portal Gear Lift for the Honda Talon 1000X offers customizable performance, letting riders choose between cast or billet aluminum housings and gear reductions of 15% or 30%.
The 30% option delivers extreme torque and mud performance, while the 15% gear reduction provides a smoother, faster ride. Dual idler gears, made from durable 9310 steel alloy, ensure reliable torque transfer and unmatched strength.
The portals place the gear reduction in the hub, protecting critical drivetrain components like the axles, differential, and transmission from stress. Reinforced housings, advanced alloy backing plates, optimized seals, and bearings enhance durability and prevent leaks. A frame stiffener is recommended for added support with the lift.
