Spring Brake Thingy Polaris Ranger XD 1500 Parking brake

The Parking Brake fits the Polaris Ranger 1500 and is quick and simple to install.
Do not overstretch the spring before installation. Remove the bottom two 13mm nuts from behind the brake pedal; a ratcheting wrench works best due to the limited space. Place the parking brake onto the two studs, making sure both holes are properly aligned, then use the two supplied coupler nuts to secure and tighten the assembly.
The coupler nuts make it easier to get a wrench on the hardware, although access can be tight.
To operate, press the brake pedal with your right foot and use your left toes to slide the red lever until it locks onto the brake arm. To release, simply press the brake pedal again.
NOTE:
- ALWAYS USE PARK WITH THE SPRING BRAKE THINGY AND MAKE SURE YOUR BRAKES ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.
