Having 4WD engagement issues, stuck in 4WD, or unable to engage 4WD? Send your front differential to us and our certified technicians will inspect, troubleshoot, and correct the issue. The rebuild includes our upgraded bearing kit, custom shims to properly set the ring-and-pinion gear lash, and a bench load test before we ship it back.
You are responsible for shipping the differential to us. We use assembly lubricant during the rebuild and testing, so be sure to fill the differential with the proper oil when you receive it.
