The SANDCRAFT Transmission Bearing & Seal Kit is designed for extreme heat and abuse.
Our upgraded bearings are engineered to outlast and outperform stock bearings, while our high-performance seals provide a precise fit to help prevent leaks and keep dirt and contamination out of your transmission.
If rebuilding a transmission is beyond your experience or you don’t have the necessary tools, send it to SANDCRAFT. Our certified technicians will inspect and troubleshoot the transmission, install our upgraded bearing kit, seal kit, bearing retainer kit, and billet shift pawl, then set the gear lash and bench-test the transmission before shipping it back to you.
The SANDCRAFT 1018 billet-steel one-piece Shift Pawl replaces the failure-prone OE roller pawl and is designed to prevent breakage caused by aggressive shift detents. A broken factory pawl can send metal debris into the transmission and cause serious damage. If you find roller or rivet debris on the transmission magnet, your shift pawl has failed and should be replaced immediately.
For added protection, replace the OE pawl before it breaks and potentially damages the transmission.
