Our exclusive 4-stage separation system takes PCV fluid management to the next level
- Stage 1 slows, cools, and condenses incoming fuel & oil vapors into droplets.
- Stages 2 & 3 use precision stainless steel baffle plates combined with anti-slosh mesh that acts as both a separator and a fluid reservoir, keeping liquid locked down even during the roughest rides.
- Stage 4 delivers final polishing through additional baffles and an internal breather filter, sending the cleanest possible air back to open ventilation, or back to the intake.
The result? Dramatically cleaner charge tubes, intercooler, and no more oily film building up on recirculated BOV's. With all of this you gain the reduced risk of detonation, better tuning consistency, and longer engine life.
