This drop-in tank fits neatly into the unused space beneath the passenger-side rear seat, adding significant fuel capacity without sacrificing passenger comfort or performance. Built from rugged 5mm rotomolded plastic, it’s designed to handle the demands of dunes, trails, and desert riding.
Installation is simple and completely non-invasive, requiring no cutting or modifications to the factory fuel tank, chassis, emissions system, wiring, or battery location. A billet fuel-fill adapter converts the factory fill cap to a durable Kelch click-style cap, while a fluorolined silicone hose connects the factory fill neck to the auxiliary tank for easy filling and venting.
The system keeps fuel lines safely away from drivetrain components, retains full seat functionality, and helps prevent fuel fumes in the cab. An integrated vent system also allows excess fuel to flow back into the auxiliary tank if the main tank is overfilled.
