Add extra fuel capacity to your Polaris RZR with the RPM Auxiliary Floorboard Fuel Tank, a simple, secure solution for extended rides.
Each tank holds 4.5 gallons and mounts securely in the driver or passenger floorboard using heavy-duty 4mm stainless steel brackets. The tanks are interchangeable, allowing you to install one on either side or run a dual-tank setup for a total of 9 gallons of additional fuel.
The system uses the factory fuel fill neck and factory tip-over check valve, eliminating fuel fumes inside the cab while providing added safety in the event of a rollover. A high-volume fuel pump transfers fuel at up to 1.25 gallons per minute and is controlled by the included plug-and-play wiring harness with a momentary switch, preventing the pump from being accidentally left on. Installation requires no fuel lines near drivetrain components, no battery or wiring relocation, and no major modifications.
If you ever need to remove the tank, simply cap the included fitting and lift it out. All fittings, hardware, fuel pump, wiring, and installation instructions are included. For single-tank installations, RPM recommends mounting the tank on the passenger side for the easiest access to the factory fill neck.
