Upgrade your Polaris RZR Pro R exhaust system with the RPM Race Pipe Muffler, designed for riders who want a louder exhaust note without sacrificing performance.

This lightweight muffler uses a 4" bullet-style design with RPM’s internal Baffle Blade, an unrestricted internal baffle that provides the back pressure needed for the Pro R’s 2.0L engine to perform properly. Built with racers in mind, this complete exhaust system weighs only 4.5 lbs, uses the factory OEM gasket, and bolts directly into the factory location. It features a polished 304 stainless steel 3" exhaust pipe and RPM’s signature factory-style 3" exhaust tip.

The exhaust tip was carefully designed to maintain the factory rear fascia appearance while eliminating the factory exhaust bottleneck. Using 3D scans, models, and extensive testing, RPM created a true OEM-looking 3" tip that fits perfectly while allowing improved exhaust flow. The tip can also be modified for a recessed, cleaner appearance.

The flange design also matches the factory style for proper gasket sealing, providing even pressure distribution and long-lasting performance without unnecessary stress points.
