The Primary Clutch Limit Washer is designed for 2016–2020 RZR Turbo, Turbo S, and 2018–2022 RS1 models.
Thicker than the OEM washer, it limits clutch shift to help improve belt life and clutch longevity by keeping more of the belt in contact with the primary clutch. It also helps prevent secondary clutch over-shifting and center-clutch bottoming, reducing excess heat during high-speed riding.
Machined from durable Delrin, the washer also helps center the primary spring for more consistent clutch performance and prevents spring bind. It does not change the primary spring rate, engagement, or peak RPM. Top speed will be reduced depending on tire size and gearing, with stock tires typically reaching around 85 MPH.
It’s especially useful for riders who frequently ride at 60+ MPH and want improved clutch and belt durability.
