Take your Maverick R’s performance to the next level with a precisely engineered intake built for maximum airflow, durability, and filtration.
The system features a custom fluorolined silicone coupler, a high-flow carbon fiber intake tube, and an oversized 5-inch filter opening to eliminate the restrictions found in the factory intake. An 8-ply reusable S&B dry filter provides excellent airflow with minimal restriction, while RPM’s hydrophobic pre-filter helps keep larger dirt and sand particles off the filter for longer service intervals.
Built with performance and durability in mind, the intake uses a 6061 billet two-piece mounting system that reuses factory hardware and requires no chassis modifications. The factory crankcase breather port remains in its original location, with an RPM Catch Can recommended for added protection.
Designed to keep up with the airflow demands of the Rotax 3-cylinder engine, this intake can deliver even greater horsepower gains as engine tuning and boost levels increase.
