Upgrade your Can-Am Maverick X3 exhaust with the RPM SxS Big Mouth 2.5" E-Valve Cat Delete, giving you the ability to switch between a quiet stock-like sound and an aggressive race-inspired exhaust tone with the push of a button.
Built around RPM’s proven Big Mouth cat delete design, this system combines maximum exhaust flow with a fully electronic exhaust valve that opens to unleash extra power, higher RPM capability, and a deeper exhaust note when you want it.
Made from TIG-welded stainless steel and designed to maintain a full 2.5" exhaust path, this cat bypass delivers improved airflow, reduces exhaust temperatures, and eliminates the restriction caused by the factory catalytic converter.
It works with the stock muffler, RPM slip-on mufflers, and any muffler using the factory mounting location, with no modifications required. The system can add 6–7 wheel horsepower on a stock tune with the valve closed, and all factory heat shields can be reused.
The complete kit includes the electronic valve, plug-and-play wiring harness, O2 bung for additional sensors or data logging, mounting hardware, zip ties, and full-color installation instructions.
