Transform your stock-sounding RZR XP 1000 with the 2.5" RPM-SxS E-Valve Exhaust.
Made from free-flowing, mandrel-bent polished stainless steel, this system delivers a deeper, sportier exhaust sound and is designed to add 3+ HP and 250+ RPMs on a stock machine. With the push of a button, you can open the E-Valve for more power and sound, or close it to keep a quieter, stock-like tone.
The system is designed for easy installation with a plug-and-play wiring harness and can work with the stock or aftermarket muffler.
It includes an upgraded exhaust gasket, manifold gasket, stainless hardware, Loctite, heat shields, and zip ties, giving you everything needed for a clean and secure installation.
NOTE:
- 2015–2017 RZR XP 1000 models, the mid-pipe and muffler connect using a spring hook design, which can be attached directly to the RPM mid-pipe.
- 2018–2023 models use a spring-loaded bolt to secure the mid-pipe and muffler together. If you have a 2015–2017 model, you can also upgrade to the 2018–2023 RPM muffler and mid-pipe setup.
