The wire harness to the T-map sensor is a well-known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times, it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2875542 and 2878494 harness repair kit. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the T-map sensor and has a nice waterproof boot protecting the wires going into the plug. Fits the models listed below using the Bosch 4-wire T-map sensors (2410422, 2411528 and 2411082):
