Moose Offroad’s Universal Piston Ring Installation Tool simplifies top‑end engine work by safely compressing piston rings during reassembly, helping prevent breakage and damage to the rings, cylinder, and piston. The design gives mechanics and home builders precise, controlled ring compression for many common offroad and powersport piston sizes.
This universal ring‑installation tool uses a stepped, slip‑fit sleeve system that gently squeezes the rings to the right clearance for the cylinder bore, then slides straight off once the piston is positioned in the crankcase.
