Moose Offroad Polaris Clutch Compression Tool
Moose Offroad’s Polaris Clutch Compression Tool is a threaded‑rod‑style clamp set engineered to safely compress and release the strong springs inside Polaris drive and driven clutches, so technicians can remove spring caps, change springs, inspect helixes, and perform clutch tuning without unbolting the clutch from the drivetrain. The kit lets a single person complete clutch‑spring service on full‑size Polaris ATVs, SxS, and UTV models with common TEAM‑type clutches.
This clutch compression tool uses a long 7/16"‑14 threaded rod, nuts, a spacer, a flat washer, a clutch spring‑capture plate, and a compression handle to evenly squeeze the clutch spring while the user works on the cap, helix, or roller assembly. The design is compact enough to use in the garage or shop yet stout enough to handle high‑pressure Polaris clutch springs, making it essential for frequent clutch maintenance and tuning.
