Construction and Materials
The windshield is formed from 5mm clear polycarbonate selected for impact resistance and optical clarity. The material is intended to maintain visibility while providing a dependable barrier against wind, dust, mud, and debris encountered during operation.
Hardware includes durable hinges and attachment points built for repeated use. The layout is designed to remain stable across terrain, helping reduce vibration and rattle while preserving a clean appearance.
Design and Function
The hinged middle section allows you to run the windshield fully closed for protection against weather and debris, partially open for ventilation, or folded down when open-cab airflow is preferred. Adjustments can be made as conditions change without requiring removal of the assembly.
The unique hinge geometry is engineered to help keep water out at the fold line, supporting performance even in rain or damp environments. The slim-profile top connection helps maintain a consistent seal and alignment when paired with the OEM roof.
Installation and Fit
Mounts directly to the roll cage using four included profile clamps. The top of the folding section attaches via two hook-and-loop straps to hold position securely when raised. No permanent modifications to the vehicle are needed.
Precision-engineered for the Polaris Ranger 570 Full-Size, the unit is shaped to align closely with the roofline and reduce exposed gaps. A proper fit helps minimize drafts, dust entry, and noise during operation.
Performance and Protection
Provides broad-spectrum coverage against wind, flying debris, and road spray. The folding capability means the windshield stays useful across seasons—retaining protection when needed and converting quickly to improve airflow on milder days.
Clear finish ensures visibility remains consistent in varying light. Polycarbonate construction offers a balance of strength and reduced weight compared to heavier alternatives.
Why It Stands Out
This windshield combines adaptable coverage with a model-specific fit and proven materials. The water-resistant hinge design, roof-compatible geometry, and straightforward mounting distinguish it as a thoughtfully engineered upgrade for the Polaris Ranger 570 Full-Size.
Made in the USA, it brings together durable construction, everyday usability, and brand craftsmanship in a single integrated unit.
