Polaris Ranger 2010-2014 Full Cab with Folding Lexan Windshield

Mammoth Designs Full Cab Enclosure with Folding Lexan Windshield is designed and manufactured in Flemingsburg, KY. The materials used have been carefully selected and vigorously tested to ensure the highest quality product available. The canvas is a marine grade 11 oz. polyester fabric that has an acrylic impregnation coating that provides unparalleled waterproofing as well as superior abrasion resistance. All seams are double stitched using heavy duty bonded polyester thread. Vinyl windows are made from a 30 gauge smoke tinted marine vinyl that is cold crack rated to -20 degrees.

Our Folding polycarbonate Lexan windshield is CNC machined using ¼ thick material. We test our windshields to be able to withstand open trailer hauling at hwy speeds. All hardware is stainless steel, aluminum and high quality nylon to provide long life free of corrosion. The Mammoth Designs windshield folds up from the bottom to allow air to flow. Velcro is used to raise and lower the bottom portion of the windshield. We offer additional protection when you choose the MR-10 Hard Coat Lexan option. Used by racers around the world in their cars, MR-10 Lexan is the same material with an added hard coating that helps to extend the life of your windshield and a must for anyone living in harsh sandy or dusty environments. All of our Lexan windshields are DOT certified.

The soft doors on our enclosures use oversized #10 YKK Marine-Mate zippers with extended pulls to allow easy opening and closing even with gloves. The zippers open from the bottom of the door up and back letting the door open from the front. When the doors are not needed they are easily rolled back and held in place with Velcro straps. Depending on the model, some doors are held in place with snaps along the bottom. You may be required to screw the snap studs into the vehicle s plastic.
