Note: This kit is not compatible with the Ranger 800 that has Power Steering, as the pump interferes with the Driver Side Lower Vent. It may be possible to reroute the vent, but this has not been confirmed. For units with power steering, please use the Below Dash Mounted Heater.

2 Seat / 4 Seat Option:

Select "2 Seat" for a single row of seats and "4 Seat" for two rows. This helps our shipping department determine the correct amount of coolant hose needed, without affecting the price.

MaxStat - Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat Option:

Heater performance depends on coolant temperature and flow. The MaxStat adds a secondary inline thermostat (180F Standard) to your coolant system, allowing coolant to flow to the heater core even when the engine thermostat closes. This eliminates thermal cycling that affects most heaters. An optional 192F thermostat is available upon request.

Hose Clamp Off Pliers Option:

Speed up your heater installation with Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers. These pliers prevent coolant from leaking when connecting to the coolant system and minimize air entry, making it easier to remove air bubbles later. Suitable for all ATV and UTV applications, they are also great for radiator hoses. Kits are sold in pairs.
