High Lifter Portal Gear Lift (Includes 4 Portal Boxes)
This kit is available with 15% or 30% gear reductions and features a dual idler gear design for better performance and durability.
Why the Dual Idler Design Matters:
- Uses two idler gears to spread the load across more surface area
- Reduces stress on components and improves torque transfer
- Helps prevent damage to belts, axles, differentials, and drive shafts
- Improves engine braking, which reduces wear on your brakes
- Lower gear ratios provide more power, especially when running larger tires
Stronger, More Durable Design:
- Forged gear boxes (stronger than cast or billet aluminum used by competitors)
- Built for maximum strength and long-lasting performance
- Optional venting system helps cool the gear box and extend seal life
High-Quality Sealing & Gaskets:
- Kevlar fiber gaskets - no extra sealant needed
- Resistant to heat, oil, and coolant
- Dual oil seals on the spindle shaft for better protection
- Triple sealing system on the input shaft to prevent leaks and water intrusion
Heavy-Duty Components:
- 5/16" steel backing plates with reinforced design for added strength
- Works with factory-style control arms
- Precision stainless steel rotors for better braking performance
- Slotted rotors help with cooling and heat dissipation
Precision Engineering:
- Heat-treated alloy steel gears for increased strength
- CNC-machined for perfect fit and durability
- Designed for smoother, quieter operation
Tire Fitment:
- Largest Tire with Portal: 33"
- Largest Tire with Forward Arms: 35"
- Our stated tire fitment guide is a general fitment and is in no way guaranteed.
- Tires and lifts vary by manufacture and tire fitment can be affected by other modifications.
- Always verify your brand of tires, lift, and other modifications prior to making a buying decision.
