HCR’s off-road suspension components use a proprietary billet, slot-and-tab, and honeycomb boxed-arm design for maximum strength and durability.
Every external weld integrates an internal plate for added reinforcement. Unlike cost-saving alternatives, HCR kits feature 4130 heat-treated billet ends for ball joints or spherical bearings, eliminating weak points and supporting all internal and external plating.
The custom alloy used is 30% stronger than standard 4130 chromoly, hardened for superior wear resistance and overall strength.
