Engineered for aggressive dune riding, high-speed desert runs, and demanding off-road terrain, this complete suspension package widens your machine to a more stable 72-inch stance while significantly increasing strength, durability, and ground clearance.
Built using HCR's proprietary Elite Alloy, this premium suspension system delivers approximately 30% greater yield and tensile strength than traditional 4130 chromoly. Every component is precision laser-cut, hand TIG-welded, and engineered with HCR's exclusive internal catacomb design for exceptional rigidity without unnecessary weight.
The kit includes high-clearance boxed front A-arms and rear trailing arms that improve approach angles while adding approximately 1.5 inches of additional ground clearance, helping your Maverick X3 glide over rocks, ruts, and deep sand with greater confidence.
To complement the upgraded suspension, HCR includes SuperATV Rhino 2.0 Axles, trusted by thousands of riders for their heavy-duty 4340 chromoly construction and oversized CV components. Also included are ZRP Desert Series Tie Rods, featuring large-diameter 7075 aluminum bodies, heavy-duty 17-4 stainless steel clevises, custom hardware, and high-strength heim joints for exceptional steering strength under extreme abuse.
The package also features HCR High-Clearance Billet Radius Rods, precision machined from 7075 billet aluminum with a durable black anodized finish and premium 5/8-18 heim joints for maximum strength and suspension control.
An upgraded shock tower brace improves front suspension rigidity, while included rear shock brackets, replacement bushings, brake line hardware, and installation components make this a comprehensive bolt-on conversion package.
For riders demanding maximum durability, optional Keller Ball Joints are available. Their innovative two-piece threaded design virtually eliminates pull-out failures while remaining fully rebuildable, greaseable, and adjustable for long-term performance.
