HCR’s Long-Travel Kit for the Polaris General is built for strength, performance, and durability, with a design inspired by their race-proven suspension systems.
This kit adds +5” of width per side, making the General 72” wide from wheel to wheel, while also increasing the wheelbase by +2”. The added A-arm clearance provides 1.25” more ground clearance under the control arms, giving you a smoother ride, a stronger stance, and improved stability in any terrain. Choose your axle setup: reuse your existing CV joints with axle bars or upgrade to Super ATV Rhino 2.0 Axles for maximum strength.
Built with chromoly steel and oversized components, Rhino 2.0 Axles are designed to handle tough, high-performance riding conditions.
