Gilomen Innovations 2025+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 ECU Performance Tune & Clutch Kit Package
The Gilomen Innovations RZR 1000 XP ECU Tune & Clutch Kit is designed for 2025+ Polaris RZR 1000 XP models and is compatible with pump gas.
It keeps all factory engine protections in place while optimizing the fuel and timing maps for better performance, delivering an estimated 8–10 crankshaft HP gain over stock. The cooling fan activation temperature is lowered from 205°F to 190°F, the rev limiter is raised to 9,000 RPM, the high-gear speed limiter is removed, and the low-gear speed limiter is raised to 45 MPH. VP-UTV96 and 100+ octane race-fuel tunes are also available by special request.
The Performance Clutch Kit is calibrated to match the ECU tune’s power band and comes pre-set for easy installation. It is fully adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the clutch for gear reduction, larger tires, high elevation, or personal preference.
The ECU is plug-and-play once received, with a typical 1-business-day turnaround after the ECU arrives at the tuning facility. Custom tuning may take an additional 1–2 days.
