Upgrade your 2022–2025 Polaris Pro R | Turbo R with this heavy-duty OEM replacement front suspension kit, built for demanding off-road use.
Constructed from 4130 chromoly with double-pass TIG welding, every component is designed, laser-cut, and welded in-house in Phoenix, Arizona.
The kit replaces the OEM ball joints with 7/8” spherical bearings on the chassis side and 1” spherical bearings on the knuckle side, along with a custom billet knuckle and 12-point Grade 9 hardware.
The tubular upper arms feature reinforced gusseting, while the lower arms combine tubular and boxed construction for added strength and rigidity.
Race-tested and proven, this suspension kit is built to handle serious terrain.
