Allows for positioning of the rear tire and a full 23 inches of storage clearance. Constructed from thick .120" wall steel tubing and then treated with a black powder-coat finish for ultimate durability. The innovative dual clamp allows for the carrying of a spare tire while maintaining space for other essential items when needed.
