EVO Polaris RZR Pro XP, XPT/s, & Turbo R EVP Billet Cylinder
The EVP Polaris Billet Cylinder Assembly is designed for high-power Polaris XP Turbo, Pro XP, and Turbo R builds. After extensive development and testing, EVP created a direct-replacement, stock-bore cylinder built to handle the high boost and cylinder pressures that come with serious horsepower.
Made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with EVP-spec ductile iron liners, it provides greater strength, stability, and durability than the OEM cast cylinder. The closed-top deck helps prevent the cylinder from shifting under high boost, creating a more stable sealing surface and improving head gasket life.
The billet cylinder is available with or without EVP BME pistons, XR Series 625 Custom Aged Head Studs, and OEM gaskets.
NOTE: The EVP Billet Cylinder requires a forged piston and should not be used with OEM or cast pistons. EVP BME pistons are NOT compatible with Turbo R models.
EVP Billet Cylinder ONLY Features:

- Recommended to reuse (or replace if damaged) OEM Valve Cover Gasket, Valve Cover Sealing Washers, and Coolant Manifold O-Ring
