EVO 2024 Polaris Xpedition Codeshooter ECU Power Flash
EVP DISCLAIMER: An EVP CodeShooter ECU Flashing Device is required for the tune options on this page. If you do not already own a CodeShooter, make sure you select the correct option when ordering. Bench Flash ECU Send-In Tuning is also available as an alternative.
MG1 ECU UNLOCK: All 2024+ Polaris Xpedition models use an MG1 ECU, which must be removed and sent to EVP’s Wisconsin facility for the required security unlock. Once EVP receives your ECU, their engineers will install your selected tune using CodeShooter and perform the required CAN unlock.
After this initial service, future tune updates and upgrades can be performed using an EVP CodeShooter without sending the ECU back.
The CAN unlock must be performed at EVP’s Wisconsin facility. Before shipping, complete and print the ECU Submission Form and include it with your ECU. ECUs will not be accepted without the form. (Call to be emailed the ECU Submission form)
Ship everything to 2018 State Hwy 35, Somerset, WI 54025. Typical flashing turnaround is 24–48 hours after EVP receives the ECU, not including shipping time.
