Built from 1/8" and 3/16" thick American steel, the bumper is laser cut and CNC formed for consistent fitment. The welded ends are ground smooth before the bumper receives a mini-texture black powder coat finish, providing a durable finish that looks right at home on a hard-working General.

The EMP rear bumper is engineered to install using the included mounting hardware, with no cutting, drilling, or welding required. The bumper is designed to dump with the factory bed, allowing you to maintain the functionality of your General's cargo box.
The bumper provides clearance for tires up to 28 inches when the bed is fully dumped. Depending on tire size and vehicle configuration, 30" tires or certain aftermarket tire setups may contact the bumper when the bed is fully open.
