DynoJet has developed this Flex Fuel Kit to help your RZR XP Turbo maintain a consistent air-fuel ratio, regardless of the ethanol quality you get at the pump. Installing this flex fuel kit on your vehicle unleashes a whole new perspective on performance modifications and how they effect your vehicle.You may ask yourself "How does burning corn make my RZR go faster?" well...don't think in to it too much. Running ethanol is very beneficial to the performance of turbocharged engines. Once you get a flex fuel kit, it tends to lead into a deep dark spiral of buying more and more go fast modifications. NOTE: this is a warning - not a joke!
Best part about this kit is that is incldues DynoJet's signature Launch Control feature so you can also go faster from a complete stop.
Before installing the Dynojet Flex Fuel Kit, please note that you may need to upgrade your fuel system to ensure you have adequate capacity to run E85. A minimum of 35% more capacity from your fuel pump and injectors are recommended.
Installation of this kit will yield consistent fuel delivery to maintain a desired air-to-fuel ratio no matter the fuel composition. E85 fuel is a popular, cost-effective alternative to race gas and a major step up from the gas you get at a normal pump. Utilizing E85 is a great way to boost performance due to the increased octane and cooler inlet air temperatures.
Many pumps note that the fuel may contain up to 10% ethanol. Fuel that contains 10% ethanol compared to no ethanol can negatively impact the performance of your engine without proper tuning. No matter what ratio of ethanol you’re running, this kit automatically changes fuel delivery on the fly by constantly monitoring fuel composition.
