The cargo bed and compact space around the engine and headers can get pretty toasty on most UTV's. Especially when running for an extended duration. DEI has developed an inexpensive and easy solution to help avoid melted plastic and keep heat away from the passenger and contents of your cargo bed. Our heat shields are made of heavy-duty 10 mil aluminum with 1/8" glass mat barrier material, pre-cut to the correct size for the RZR 800. Mounting hardware is also included to make installation a breeze.
