This 12-piece Ti-6Al-4V titanium hardware kit is designed for Polaris RZR Pro R aftermarket toe links that use a fixed through-bolt at both ends, including barrel-adjuster and left-hand/right-hand threaded designs.
The lightweight titanium construction provides a durable, corrosion-resistant upgrade.
Use anti-seize on the shank and blue Loctite on the threads where applicable, and always verify the complete hardware stack and manufacturer-recommended torque specification before installation.
NOTE:
- This kit does NOT fit the factory toe-link adjustment setup, which uses a concave bolt and washer.
- Before ordering, confirm that your aftermarket toe links use fixed mounting bolts at both ends.
