This 30-piece titanium hardware kit is designed for Can-Am Maverick R models looking to replace the factory radius rod hardware at the listed factory locations.
Made from lightweight, corrosion-resistant Ti-6Al-4V titanium, the kit keeps all the required hardware together so you don’t have to purchase individual pieces. Bolt lengths may not exactly match the original factory hardware.
Important Fitment: If your Maverick R uses the AVID Racing billet radius rod plate and requires bolts that are 20 mm longer, use TIKIT39 instead. If your machine has custom or aftermarket arms, brackets, or other components that differ from the factory setup, include those details in the product page note box so bolt lengths can be adjusted when possible.
For installation, use anti-seize on the shank where applicable and blue Loctite on the threads where applicable. Proper torque is critical, so always verify the complete hardware stack and manufacturer-required torque specifications before installation.
