The base model features a 2-piece, 1/4" Lexan polycarbonate windshield designed for year-round use. In colder weather, both sections provide full front wind protection, while in warmer weather, the lower section can be removed to increase airflow while the upper section remains in place as a bug shield.
Each section mounts independently using either vibration-damping loop clamps or optional quick-install straps. The loop clamps are made from zinc-plated steel with a protective vinyl coating, while the quick-install straps use military-grade hook-and-loop material and require no tools to install. The windshield also includes flexible automotive trim along the lower edge to help seal gaps between the windshield and hood, while built-in bends add strength and durability.
Optional driver and passenger vents can be added for adjustable airflow, and a scratch-resistant MR10 Lexan coating is available for added protection against scratches and UV exposure.
