Our ball joints are stronger than stock and packed with features that make them run like new mile after mile.
Built with a Stronger Stud: The weakest point of any Pioneer 1000 ball joint is the stud. That’s why we focused on making it as strong as possible in our ball joints. Our studs are made with chromoly steel and don’t narrow at the base as much as stock. They’re tough enough to handle any ride.
Heavy Duty 4340 Ball Joints: Our Heavy Duty 4340 Ball Joints are twice as strong as stock. They use hardened chromoly steel throughout and make your stock ball joints look like kids' toys. Plus, they’re easily greaseable and adjustable, so you can keep them running like new for years.
Standard Duty 4140 Ball Joints: Our Standard Duty 4140 Ball Joints are supposed to be stock replacements, but we just can’t help making them stronger. The chromoly steel construction makes them nearly twice as strong stock. They’re badass, but they’re not greaseable and adjustable like our Heavy Duty Ball Joints.
