Take your machine far beyond stock capability with the SuperATV 8” Portal Gear Lift for the Honda Pioneer 500 and 520. This all-in-one system delivers massive ground clearance and serious gear reduction, allowing your Pioneer to dominate deep mud, rocky trails, creek crossings, and technical terrain with ease.
Unlike traditional lift kits, these GDP Portals place the gear reduction directly in the wheel hubs, giving you either a 45% or 60% reduction to dramatically increase torque while protecting critical drivetrain components. By reducing stress on your differential, axles, prop shaft, and transmission, portal gearing extends the life of your machine—even when running oversized tires and tackling extreme terrain.
The 8” lift provides exceptional clearance without altering OEM suspension angles, helping prevent over-extension and premature wear. Built for abuse, each portal hub features precision-engineered aluminum housings, 5/16” advanced steel alloy backing plates, and 9310 steel gears designed for maximum strength and longevity. Optimized oil flow, reinforced gear retention, and sealed construction eliminate leaks and overheating without relying on vented housings.
Advanced gaskets, O-rings, and bearings ensure long-term reliability, while double-angular contact output bearings and roller idler bearings maintain perfect gear meshing even under heavy load. When paired with Portal Blood gear oil, this system delivers unmatched durability and smooth operation.
⚠️ Important Fitment Note:
These portals require aftermarket suspension to clear 22” wheels and matching tires. Offset A-arms or a suspension lift kit are mandatory for proper installation.
Whether you’re building a mud monster or a trail-ready powerhouse, SuperATV’s 8” Honda Pioneer portals give you the clearance, torque, and reliability needed to ride harder with confidence.
