Super ATV’s 5” Long Travel Kit is the upgrade your Polaris General 1000 needs to tackle tough terrain with ease.
The kit widens your ride by 10” and provides clearance for tires up to 33”, giving you better ground clearance, stability at high speeds, and improved articulation over obstacles. Whether you’re hitting rocks, mud, or steep inclines, this kit helps your General handle it all confidently.
The kit comes complete with A-arms, tie rods, axles, A-arm bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 Axles—everything you need for a smooth install (just bring your ball joints). Billet aluminum hex tie rods offer lightweight strength, while heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends reinforce your steering system’s weakest points. Rhino 2.0 Axles feature chromoly construction and oversized CVs for maximum durability and high articulation, keeping CV temps low for long, tough rides.
For even more convenience, preassembly of ball joints is available, so you can spend less time in the garage and more time on the trail.
NOTE: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you don’t select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.
