QuadBoss Polaris ACE 900 XC / General 1000 / Ranger 1000/XP 1000 / RZR XP 1000/S 1000 Lower Ball Joint Kit
The QuadBoss Lower Ball Joint Kit is designed for Polaris ACE 900 XC, General 1000, Ranger 1000/XP 1000, and RZR XP 1000/S 1000 models to prevent premature ball joint failure. Upgrading from OEM aluminum joints to heavy-duty steel, this kit delivers long-lasting durability and reliable suspension performance. Each ball joint features a POM-M90 bearing cup that isolates the ball end from the case, reducing wear and extending life. Sold per A-arm and including snap ring and cotter pin, it provides a cost-effective solution for off-road UTV applications without replacing the entire A-arm or steering knuckle.
