At Side by Side Sports, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely — whether you’re in the U.S. or ordering internationally. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping rates, delivery timelines, order tracking, and important international details.


Order Tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Didn’t receive one?
Don’t worry — contact our Support Team to verify your email address. If there’s a typo, you won’t get updates about your order, so please double-check your information.

When your order ships, and if the carrier provides tracking, you’ll receive another email containing your tracking number and link. Use this link to monitor your package’s progress every step of the way.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your location, package weight, and size. You’ll see exact shipping charges at checkout — no hidden fees or surprises.

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order quickly, safely, and cost-effectively.

Free Shipping Policy:

  • Applies only to items labeled “Free Shipping” or “Shipping Included”

  • Available only in the 48 contiguous United States

  • Hawaii and Alaska are excluded

  • No free shipping on international orders


Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days within the continental U.S.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee if you need your order faster.

Please note: processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on product availability and carrier schedules.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! However, customers with shipping addresses outside the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

These fees are not included in the shipping or handling cost of your order. Customs charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

Important:

  • U.S. domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • If a shipment is refused by the customer, the original shipping cost, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
