RPM’s Sport Muffler lineup now includes this high-quality stainless steel TIG-welded muffler for the Ranger 1500. It is a direct OEM-replacement, slip-on muffler that reuses all factory covers and hardware for a clean, factory-style install.
Featuring a 2.5" free-flowing exhaust design, this muffler delivers a minimum gain of 3 horsepower on a stock machine. Power gains are even greater on tuned machines, and in our opinion, this muffler is a must-have for any Stage 1 or higher tune.
This muffler bolts directly to either the stock head pipe or the RPM head pipe. It produces a deep, great-sounding exhaust note without being overly loud, so you can ride all day without ear fatigue.
