RPM Polaris RZR XP 1000 Sport Muffler 2024-2026
RPM’s Sport Muffler lineup includes this high-quality stainless steel TIG-welded muffler for 2024+ RZR XP 1000 models. It is a direct OEM-replacement, slip-on muffler that reuses all factory covers and hardware for a clean, factory-style install.
This Sport Muffler delivers a minimum gain of 3 horsepower on a stock machine. Power gains are even greater on tuned machines, and in our opinion, it’s a must-have upgrade for any Stage 1 or higher tune.
The muffler bolts directly to either the stock mid pipe or the RPM SxS E-Valve Mid Pipe. It produces a great exhaust sound without being overly loud, so you can enjoy riding all day without ear fatigue.
