Take your Polaris RS1 suspension to the next level with HCR Racing Dual Sport OEM Replacement Front Control Arms engineered for serious off-road performance. Built using HCR’s proprietary billet, slot, and tab design with honeycomb boxed construction, these arms are designed to absorb punishment without sacrificing strength or precision.
Unlike standard tube-end designs, HCR uses 4130 heat-treated billet ball joint mounts to eliminate weak points and reinforce internal plating. The custom alloy is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength than traditional 4130 chromoly, delivering superior durability and wear resistance in demanding terrain. A high-clearance boxed design adds 1.250 inches of ground clearance, while the 1.75-inch longer wheelbase enhances high-speed stability, hill climbing, and controlled descents.
Each arm is laser cut, hand TIG welded, and proudly made in the USA. This 100% bolt-on RS1 suspension upgrade reuses OEM ball joints for smooth steering and installs using factory mounting points for a seamless fit.
